Tami Lee, PA-C

Tami Lee earned her Masters in Health Sciences degree from the Duke University Physician Assistant Program at UNC-Chapel Hill. While at Duke, she was involved in many local humanitarian efforts and received the prestigious Richard J. Scheele Memorial Award for Outstanding Graduate from the Duke PA Program. Tami gives back to her profession by serving as a clinical preceptor for the Duke PA Program. Tami came to Person County in 2004 and is a member of several professional organizations, including the AAPA, NCAPA, and Association of Family Practice Physician Assistants, where she has served as the editor of the national newsletter, Family Matters (www.afppa.org). 

Although she enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine, she has a special interest in Pediatrics, Adolescent Health, and Women’s Health. She enjoys time spent with her husband, two sons, family, and friends. Traveling, going to church, hiking, cooking, and being outdoors at every possible opportunity, are some of Tami’s favorite activities.
