Patrick J. Daigle, M.D.

Patrick J. Daigle, M.D. received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry in 1978 graduating Cum Laude. He was accepted to Louisiana State Medical School in New Orleans. After completing a Flexible Internship at Charity hospital in New Orleans he worked for five years as an Emergency Department physician and assistant coroner in several south Louisiana parishes (Washington-St. Tammany).

Following in his father’s footsteps of service, a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, and previous POW. He joined and was commissioned a Captain in the US Air Force in 1987. He was awarded his silver Air Force Flight Surgeon wings and assigned to the 75th TFS 23rd TFW England AFB Louisiana.

Dr. Daigle’s personal decorations include Aerial Achievement, Army Commendation, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation, Air Force Commendation, Air Force Achievement as well as numerous other personal awards.

He is married to Cynthia J. Rockaway-Daigle, Capt., USAFR, NC. They have four children Christopher 31 and Natalie Grace 9 as well as twins Katherine and James 6. They have lived in Cape Carteret, NC for the past 12 years. He presently serves on the town of Cape Carteret Zoning Board of Adjustments as appointed by the mayor.
