Nicole Kosakowski, PA-C

Nicole Kosakowski was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She joined the United States Navy with an acceptance of commission through the Navy’s Health Professions Scholarship Program. After completing a master’s in physician assistant studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, she became a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant and attended Officer Training Command in Newport, RI.
Nicole volunteered with 1st Marine Logistics Group as a Shock Trauma Platoon Physician Assistant as a part of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. She continued her naval service with the Marine Corps until leaving active duty in 2017 with the Afghanistan Campaign Medal and Combat Action Ribbon, amongst other awards. Shortly after departing from active-duty service, Nicole began a career in pediatrics. First, helping to educate parents and patients about Type 2 Diabetes and the importance of childhood nutrition, and then in children’s urgent care.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, her sweet yellow lab-mix, CrossFit, and running. Nicole is taking new patients and looks forward to serving Onslow and the surrounding counties. Schedule your adult or pediatric visit with Nicole, today!
