Lori Hvozdovic, PA-C

Originally from Connecticut, Lori attended King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, graduating from the PA school in 1986. She then went on to complete a Post Graduate Residency Program in OB/Gyn/Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center and the North Central Bronx Hospital. In 2007, Lori completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree with a concentration in gastroenterology from the University of Nebraska. Lori has experience in general surgery, orthopedics, occupational medicine, and urgent care.

Lori has been living in North Carolina since 2013, and recently relocated to Jacksonville. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and their dog. Lori also loves time spent on the beach or in the garden, as well as watching the New York Yankees, New England Patriots, and SEC football. As a provider, one of her greatest joys is helping patients feel better and she looks forward to helping you do just that!
