Katy Robertson, FNP-C

Katy was born and raised in Southeast Texas, where she began her career in healthcare. During high school she took a course and was a Certified Nursing Assistant at the age of 17, working at a local hospital in ICU. She worked as a CNA in several settings such as inpatient care, home health, and mental health until she moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina and attended Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville, North Carolina, where she received her Associate degree in Nursing in 2010.

She then went on to acquire her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2012 from Kaplan University School of Nursing. After obtaining her BSN she worked at a Trauma Center in Pediatric ICU, NICU, Pediatrics, and assisted on the Mother baby unit. An advocate of continuing education, Katy gained her Pediatric Certification in nursing then obtained her Master of Science degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration in 2017 from the Walden University.

Katy is a family nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and maintains professional memberships with the Association of Nurse Practitioners and Katy is an inductee of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
