Karr Lynn Johnson, FNP

Karr Lynn Farrell Johnson graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. In 2009 she completed her master’s degree in nursing with a concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner from UNC-CH. Over the past 30 years, she has practiced in various career paths including urgent and emergency care, correctional health, and occupational health. She has a keen interest in promoting physical and mental wellness through her career in family practice. Karr Lynn grew up in Morehead City, NC, and moved to Leasburg, NC in 1994 with her husband and two children. Karr Lynn enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
